Booking Flow
STEP1
Inquiry & Quote Request
First, please feel free to contact us via our “Inquiry Form” or by email.
Simply let us know your initial wishes, such as “I want to visit Machu Picchu,” “My budget is around $X,” or “I plan to travel around these dates.” Our experienced staff will create the perfect plan for you.
STEP2
Proposal & Quotation (Free)
Within 72 hours of your inquiry (excluding weekends and holidays), we will email you a proposed “Itinerary” and “Quotation” tailored to your requests.
Please note that complex itineraries may require a little more time.
STEP3
Adjustment & Consulting
We will refine the details based on our initial proposal.
Whether you want to “upgrade the hotel” or “add a stop at a specific location,” we will revise and re-propose the plan for free as many times as needed until you are completely satisfied.
STEP4
Formal Application & Invoice
Once you agree with the plan, please inform us by email.
We will then send you an “Application Form” and an “Invoice” that includes costs for airfare, tickets, and tour fees.
STEP5
Payment (Commencement of Arrangements)
Please complete the payment via bank transfer or credit card by the due date stated on the invoice.
Important: Since availability for flights and tickets to popular sites (like Machu Picchu) fluctuates constantly, we will begin the formal booking and issuance process only “after payment is confirmed.”

Booking
Confirmation & Vouchers
Upon confirmation of payment, we will immediately proceed with booking your flights, hotels, and guides.
Once all reservations are secured, we will send your “Final Itinerary,” “Reservation Vouchers,” and a “Local Emergency Contact List” approximately 1 to 2 weeks before your departure. You are now ready to go!
