"It was truly the best tour ever! Above all, every member of the staff was incredibly kind. As it was my first time traveling to South America, I was full of anxiety, but they supported me with various consultations even before my departure (including flight tickets, transfers, and the impact of local demonstrations).

Once I arrived, the guides in both Lima and Cusco were extremely attentive and helpful. No matter how many detailed questions I asked, they provided deep and thorough explanations. They also took plenty of photos for me and even navigated through the crowds to handle my airport check-in. The whole experience felt like a real adventure and was absolutely fantastic. My husband and I, both in our 50s, joined this tour. In Peru, the distances between sightseeing spots are long and often require early morning departures, so I felt that comfort during travel was extremely important. The vehicles provided in this plan were spacious and kept clean every day. Although the long hours on the road were tiring, they were still very comfortable.

During the drives, our guide shared fascinating information using visual materials and talked about not only the ruins but also local nature, music, and food. It was so engaging that we barely felt the fatigue. Between the guide’s insights and the driver’s professional service, we are so glad we chose this tour. We would love to visit again in a different season!

Machu Picchu entrance tickets often sell out two months in advance, so we highly recommend booking as early as possible.*Please note: Once confirmed, Machu Picchu entrance tickets are non-refundable. We appreciate your understanding.

【Nazca Lines Scenic Flight】
Airport and tourist taxes must be paid individually at Pisco Airport.
Airport Tax: 22 PEN (approx. USD $5.68)
Tourist Tax: 47 PEN (approx. USD $15)
*Payment must be made in Peruvian Soles (PEN) or US Dollars (USD). Please note that credit cards are not accepted.
*Fees are subject to change without prior notice.

【Domestic Flight Tickets & Baggage Allowance】
Domestic flight tickets are included in the tour price. However, if the ticket price exceeds USD 300, the difference must be covered by the guest.
Checked Baggage: Limited to one suitcase per person, weighing 23kg or less.

【Baggage for the Train to Machu Picchu】
For the trip to Machu Picchu, please pack a separate small bag for a one-night stay. Due to strict train regulations, your carry-on must meet the following requirements:
Quantity: 1 backpack or carry-on bag per person.
Weight: 8kg or less.
Dimensions: Total of length + width + height must not exceed 115cm.
*Large luggage cannot be taken on the train. It will be kept by the driver and returned to you at your hotel upon your return to Cusco.

【Altitude Sickness (Soroche)】
Low air pressure and oxygen levels may cause dizziness, shortness of breath, palpitations, or nausea. To prevent altitude sickness, especially in Cusco and Machu Picchu, please:
Walk and climb stairs slowly, breathe deeply, and stay well-hydrated (bringing electrolyte/sports drink powder is recommended).
Avoid heavy meals and refrain from drinking alcohol starting the day before arriving at high altitudes.
*Please bring altitude sickness medication from your home country or purchase it at a local pharmacy.
*Portable oxygen canisters are available at hotels in the city if needed.

Due to local customs, hotel rooms are generally equipped with a shower only; bathtubs are not guaranteed.

The order of cities and sightseeing spots visited may change due to local circumstances.

Depending on flight departure times, breakfast or lunch may be replaced with light meals or boxed lunches.

The type of vehicle used for the tour varies depending on the number of participants.

Gratuities (tips) are not included in the tour price.

Special surcharges may apply during peak periods, such as Inti Raymi (June 21–24), Christmas/New Year (Dec 23–Jan 3), Easter (April 2–3), and Peru’s National Holidays (July 27–30).

From 00:00 (local time) 70 days prior to the participation date: 30% of the total booking amount
From 00:00 (local time) 45 days prior to the participation date: 50% of the total booking amount
From 00:00 (local time) 25 days prior to the participation date: 70% of the total booking amount
From 00:00 (local time) 19 days prior to the participation date: 100% of the total booking amount

Amendment Fee

The same fees as the cancellation policy above will apply to any changes in the itinerary, number of participants, or other booking details.
